Prior to launching NEXERA Consulting, Natalia Arcila Barbour was Head of Marketing Strategy (Trips) for Booking.com, based out of Amsterdam.
She has advised technology leaders, NGOs, law firms and corporate players at a global level, and spent over 10 years in the UK and Asia working for FTI Consulting and the 'Big Four' consulting firm EY.
As a seasoned brand and marketing specialist, Natalia has extensive experience in building brand awareness, long-term growth strategies, generating demand, and forging purpose-led brands.
She was recently appointed as Chair for the Creative Women’s Platform (Spain), and has served as a committee member for TEDx, and various Chambers of Commerce across Europe and Asia. She is also the founder of the Marketing Breakfast Club Amsterdam. Natalia has been recognized for “Best-in-class Performance & Activation” by LinkedIn (2019) and is a frequent author and speaker on brand and marketing developments.
Natalia holds a Spanish law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and a Masters’ degree in International Business Management from Imperial College Business School in London, and is fluent Spanish, English and Italian.
